How much notice for a cake?
Forty-eight hours for anything on the menu, a week for custom writing or tiers. Weekends book out by Wednesday.
Is the gluten-free range separate?
Yes — separate room, separate tins, separate hands. Flour dust travels, so we keep them apart entirely.
Do you deliver?
By bike across Riverside, within ninety minutes of the bake. Free on orders over $40 and on all Sunday bakes.
Can I visit the bakery?
Saturdays at seven, six people at a time. Bring closed shoes and expect to leave holding a hot loaf.
